Save from the installation you use
Open Settings and choose Save with Play Games. Select the intended Google Play Games profile and complete its prompts. Saving is designed to keep your current account and wallet associated with that profile. Seeing a Google profile window alone does not prove the account link finished.
Check the game’s completion state
Return to the game and check whether progress is shown as saved. Keep the same installation while checking. If saving fails, your current guest account should remain available there; do not clear app storage or uninstall as a first troubleshooting step. Contact support if the failure persists.
Prepare before changing devices
Save before replacing the phone or reinstalling. Recovery of a saved account is a separate action from saving the current guest account. Use the same Play Games profile when recovering and read any switching confirmation carefully. Do not send anyone a sign-in code or authentication token.
