Read the pack before paying
Open Shop and choose a Coin pack. Check the total Coins, any displayed bonus and the price supplied by Google Play for your account. A loading or unavailable price is not an invitation to pay somewhere else. Prices and availability can differ by market; the Google Play purchase sheet shows the amount charged.
Complete one checkout
Review the Google Play confirmation and complete a single purchase. If it is still pending, follow its status rather than pressing another pack to force delivery. Save progress with Play Games to protect access before changing devices. Do not uninstall during purchase processing or give support payment-card details.
Watch the wallet confirmation
The game waits for server verification before adding Coins. Its processing state and wallet refresh are separate from Google Play’s payment confirmation. If the balance is delayed, keep the app connected and let tracking continue. Give support the order reference and approximate time if it remains unresolved; do not buy twice to test it.
