Check which stage is waiting
A completed Google Play payment and a pending Google Play order are different states. After payment completes, the game still waits for its server to record the grant. A processing message means the wallet update has not yet been confirmed; it is not a message that the Coins have already arrived.
Let the game keep tracking
Keep a working connection and return to the same account. Purchase tracking is designed to continue independently of the pack window and resume after app restart. You should not need to select another pack to reveal a balance change. Never make another purchase just to force a refresh.
Report a persistent mismatch
If processing remains unresolved, contact help.mimic@outlook.com with the order reference, pack and approximate payment time. Say whether Google Play marks it completed. A temporary connection problem is not proof that the purchase was lost. Keep the app data while support investigates, and do not claim a second grant for the same transaction.
