Pending is not completed payment
Some Google Play purchases wait for the payment method to finish. While the order is pending, the game must not treat it as a completed purchase or grant Coins. Check the status of the existing order in Google Play rather than starting another purchase because the wallet has not changed.
Keep access to the same account
Stay with the installation and game account that started checkout. If the app closes or internet drops, reopen it and reconnect so purchase tracking can continue. Do not clear storage during this period. Saving an account and switching to a different account are not interchangeable troubleshooting actions.
Follow the final order result
If Google Play completes the order, allow time for the game’s server-confirmed wallet update. If the order is cancelled or the payment fails, it should not produce Coins. Contact support when the store’s completed status and the game remain inconsistent. Include the private order reference and avoid sharing payment secrets.
